Terrible service, dishonesty and laziness!!! There was a guy called Eric Choi who suggests me to leave some wood after they cut down the dead tree, he told me that those wood could be used for making tables, so I accepted to take 1 or 2 pieces of trunk. After they cut down the tree, I went to see the trunks they left there, and I saw all the wood were filled by tons of tree worms. At the time he promised me that if I don't want the trunks anymore, he could get rid of them instantly. He immediately asked me for the check, and as the time he received the check, he tries to get away from taking the remaining woods. I asked Eric to take away them, he refused and said, "My crews don't want to take those, if you don't want them, we can take them for you BUT they charge for extra money." My mind was blown up by his treacherous mind and dishonesty. I would never ask their service from now on, and I would not suggest anyone to hire them.

This is one of the strongest 5 star reviews I have ever written for any company on Yelp. Eric and his crew were polite, honest, hard working, courteous, aims to please, and just overall outstanding. He showed right on time to give us an estimate for our job. He and his crew again showed right on time for the day of the work. We were more than happy with all of the work that was done. The trees looked excellent after they were done, and they didn't damage any of our other trees/plants/walls that were in the way. We had 2 other bids from other companies that had the highest reviews here on Yelp...One company was really nice but wanted $600 more than Eric's bid. Another company came out and was really pushy and was in a rush "because someone was waiting in the car." He didn't give us an estimate at the time nor did he ever call us again to give us the estimate. Why bother showing up if you're going to be in a rush? At the end of the day, we went with Eric (of Alexander's Tree Service) and were extremely happy. This guy is so nice and does exactly what he says he's going to do so I really want him to succeed. Please give them a call for any tree service that's required. He's a great guy and his prices are unbeatable.
