I moved into a loft that turned out to be a completely illegal conversion. The landlord Jakob Kobi Katz of kobelli.com and his assistant Kelvin Xuna both ended up being criminally charged and BASTA was amazing. My attorney Kevin Hermansen made them pay the required relocation fee for renting illegal units! THANKS Basta!
