I thought this was a good place to do business until just this morning. I had been doing a lot of printing with them and was generally pleased, although the old guy -- Lee -- who runs the place can be crotchety and his knowledge of printing questionable. But this morning, when I was set to get another job printed, he told me he doesn't want to do the work any more. He said it was too "labor intensive." Has anyone ever explained customer service to this guy before? I used to run my own printing operation, so I have a very good sense of what they should be doing. And turning away good, paying customers is not one of those things. The owner of this business ought to ask Lee to retire, because he's damaging the business. Hey Lee, you want me to take my printing business elsewhere? No problem. And don't let the door hit you in the a** on your way out, when the business has to close due to your shabby handling of customers. Is anybody there listening?
