I had a very unfortunate experience with this firm. I approached a staff person about a week ago with a small plasma cutting project. I needed a flat piece of 1/8" steel cut into a pretty simple design. She worked with me to decide it could be done...gave me a bid for the CAD work and the cutting. I accepted the bid and went away happy. She called me a week later to say they couldnt do it. Apparently her boss decided it was too small time and did not want to back up his staff person's quote. Very poor customer service.
