About
The mission of Pacific Hospice, is to provide physical, emotional, social and spiritual support to terminally ill patients, as well as their families.
Hospice services include those of Skilled Nursing, Medical Social Work, PT/OT Therapy services, Pastoral Care, Home Health Aide, Nutritional Support, Volunteer and Bereavement Services. All services are provided under the direction of a physician and/or the Hospice Medical Director. Arrangements will be made for needed medical supplies and equipment as appropriate.
