I recently needed assistance for a sensor issue with my Life Smart spa. I called customer assistance and spoke with Wayne at Ext. 8440. He was very pleasant and upbeat. He walked me through some steps to alleviate the problem but without success. He determined it was probably a bad sensor or motherboard. He overnighted the same. With the assistance of a neighbor, wise in the ways of electrical connections, the spa with up in running in about a half hour! Kudos to Wayne for his professionalism and humanism:) Satisfied customer, Craig A.
