Back in April, I went to the urgent care with my child. They said I had an outstanding fee. They asked if I lived in Utah(never been there). The urgent care gave me the number to call and pay the fee. I did it right then and there. I spoke to Acclaim credit they had the same information (in correct address). I paid the fee. In July, I go to refinance my house and find this on my credit and ask them to remove it and they said they could not do that. Horrible customer service! Now I will lose my house because of them. I lost my job and got a new one with half the pay, now I will lose my house all because of one item I had no idea about. This is so wrong!
