Through equine assisted activity, certified instructors use horses to help increase the rider's physical fitness as well as self-esteem and confidence. The horse's natural rhythm moves the muscles and spine in a way that duplicates the normal movements of walking. A NARHA certified center. IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit.
