The employee dispatched was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. The employee's negligence caused the compressor to burn up and become volatile when his demands for more money was turned down leaving my parents without air in this Texas heat. The employee was trying to take advantage of two retirees and destroyed the repetition of the company he represents. I do NOT recommend
