Nonprofit association that aims to increase the quality of business in the self storage realm by helping business owners with their business problems. The Arkansas Self Storage Association can help self storage facility owners in a wide variety of ways. In the mini-storage business there may be times that taxes, lien law problems, legislative proposals and more pose problems for owners. We can help by providing manager education and providing owners with a support system for dealing with these highly problematic issues. We hope that by providing this model for up-to-date self storage leasing, we can help shield owners from disruptive or otherwise unnecessary legal disputes.
