Convenient appointments are easy to get; the staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Gregg is very knowledgable AND very caring. He didn't have the software for my particular aids, but ordered it without hesitation so he could ensure that my devices were optimized for me. He made me a set of custom ear molds that are so comfortable, I don't even know they are in my ear, AND they improved my hearing without having to buy new aids! You won't be disappointed, and you won't want to go anywhere else after you've experienced the care and service they provide.
