Critical: Professionalism This company cut my AT&T fiber while doing a job for my neighbor ... during the coronavirus lockdown. Now AT&T will have to come out to fix it. Of course there are delays due to the US and Louisiana emergency declarations and pandemic. And there is risk to me in having to deal with the on-site workers and repair technicians. The owner and workers never apologized or showed any remorse.
