Our firm is dedicated to providing professional and individualized service in the areas of probate, guardianship, trust and elder law. Our services include preparation of wills, small estate affidavits, affidavits of heirship, health care and estate powers of attorney, directives to physicians, emergency and permanent guardianship and estate applications and representation of personal representatives during the administration of each through closing. We also work closely with clients and families involved in caring for the elderly to help resolve Medicare, Medicaid and nursing home related disputes. Our litigation services include contested guardianship and estate proceedings and disputes relating to trusts and fiduciary duties. Additionally, we offer mediation services to help individuals resolve their differences without the personal and financial costs associated with litigation.
