We hired this contractor to remodel our entire house and he botched the job, went thousands over budget, months over time, and we fired him for deceptive trade practices and misappropriations of funds. He ran off crews by fighting, did not pay his subs, and he also smoked in our home after being asked not to do so multiple times. To my knowledge, he no longer teaches for Leisure Learning about how "not to get hammered by your contractor," because he is too busy hammering ACTUAL families!
