This is the worst Body Corporate Company I have ever dealt with 2.5 years to fix a water leak in the roof and my internal ceiling. No response to any of my 10 years of correspondence which as personally been address to the owner Matthew Joosen. Units owners not getting approval to hand over common property. Unit owners paying for their own units repairs with body corporate expenses. They are charging $750 p/q for doing nothing for over 10 years. I have now refused to pay their bills due to this appalling "no action nor response service" I only sent an email 6 weeks ago and still no response. People should not be paying for a service that they do not even bother to deliver. WARNING NEVER USE THIS BODY CORPORATE SERVICE!!
