I had the Locksmith come to my home to replace a few locks on my doors. He was very knowledgable and explained everything he was going to do and what the cost was going to be. David went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I was not only satisfied with the service, but also that my security for my children and I was assured. Being a single parent home safety is a top priority. David also assured me that if have anymore security concerns, that I should not hesitate to call. He was refreshing, very fair, and professional.

This is the worst company I have every dealt with. You are quoted a price over the phone and after the work is performed, the bill almost doubles. If you need a locksmith, stay far away. They bully you into payment and since quotes are done over the phone and not in writing, there's nothing you can do. They are not BBB members even though the phone book ad says they are. They are frauds. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people at all costs.

I had the pleasure of having David change our locks. He was very personable, fair and friendly. His attention to detail was outstanding. He explained things as he went about his business, making sure I understood what he was doing and why. His knowledge and skill of workmanship was amazing and quite welcome. David's experience shows. We just bought a house and needed the locks rekeyed. I called around for pricing. with so many different charges for what seemed like a simple job it became confusing. Then we called David at General. We set an appointment for a free estimate. We went through my entire house inspecting my current security. He adjusted two doors and rekeyed all of my locks. He also pointed out things that arent needed now but i should watch for. The invoice was very fair and simple to understand. He's my new locksmith & door guy.
