Tile ( natural/manmade), grout, concrete, most all hard surfaces, cleaning and restoration. We are the Source Removal Specialist whose mission is to Break the Cycle of Soil in every business and home in my community. We do not replace your existing Janitorial service but enhance it with our patented cleaning system. First we start by using an ECO friendly solution on the floor and let dwell for a short time. Second we use a patented system that uses high pressure (1200psi), high heat (210 degrees), and vacuum, all working together. Soil does not get thrown around the floor and seep back into the grout like standard pressure washers or mopping does but is removed on the spot. If there is tile and grout on the walls, like in some restrooms and entry ways, there is a handheld version similar to the Turbo floor unit that does the job just as well. Waste (gray water) is collected i
