Logica Computer Repair is the number one repair shop in Margate and its awesome. Logica is very awesome because they have professionals who have the skills to repair any device. The employees are very nice and talented. The employees are also knowledgeable and have exceptional customer service and are willing to help anyone in need of a fix or repair. PLEASE don't use these guys. I bought a new laptop with Windows 8 pre installed and took it in to Logica to have it removed and have all the software from another laptop transferred over. In addition they sold me a virus update program all for $265.00. One week later I got hit with a virus and took the unit back and asked why and they sheepishly said they forgot to add the virus software that I bought. I left the laptop to be serviced with one tech and then the next day went to pick it up and another tech was on duty who reinstalled the virus software who then wanted ne to pay an additional fee for service. He had great difficulty understanding that I had already paid for the service after showing him my receipt. After a lengthy argument I walked out of their store. Two months later I was checking for Microsoft updates since I was having trouble with Outlook and realized that they had downloaded counterfeit Microsoft programs..specifically Window 7 Ultimate. I have since had to buy new software to fix my laptop at a cost of over $300.00 (new Windows and Office).STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!
