This company installed a stamped concrete patio and pitched half of it toward my house. Now I have water pooling against my house and patio pond every time it rains. Mike and Tony said that pitching a patio toward the house wasn't a mistake and refused to fix the problem. After repeated failed attempts to work with them to fix the problem I felt it was necessary to share my experience (I gave them 3 months to do the right thing).

Doesn't pay his bills. If I could give Tony Demelo 0 stars, I would. He had me work on a website to get referrals for him. I spent hundreds in SEO and I even bought him dinner. I built him a beautiful website and put in 4 weeks time in development and SEO work boosting his Google ranking and sent him dozens of referrals. To date he hasn't paid for the website and SEO work despite his many documented promises. I have correspondence stating he would pay me and voicemails stating the same. I also have voicemails stating he didn't respond to some clients because they asked too many questions? If you are looking for a good honest stamped concrete contractor I would recommend you look elsewhere.
