Same experience as other 1 star reviews. This guy has no idea what he is doing. Terrible customer service.

Terrible Customer Service!

This company disregards city laws about the noise their spray trucks make they started spaying a church across the street from my house at 5:45 am waking my entire family the city noise ordinance is 10pm to 7am, I called and talked to the owner who obviously did not care and argued that the trucks are not that loud even though the employee was wearing orange ear muffs which the owner argued that he wasn't wearing them, he then said it was not being sprayed from a residential street which is wrong because my home is there and many others also he then blamed us saying we just wanted a fight this morning and then hung up on us, this company is crap they care nothing about the public or possible new customers, the owner is very rude and knows nothing about his business, their practices, and equipment, this company is very unprofessional and I would not ever recommend them to anyone.

Terrible company, the owner is argumentative and the substance they use did absolutely NOtHING to keep bugs and spider out. I went to Home Depot and had great success with a product I found there. The owner of Greentech insisted I pay him anyway. Not good business. Not good communication, wouldn't ever do business with him or his business again. Sad to have to write such a terrible review. I tried many times to explain to him I have tons of spiders still in the house and he continued to be argumentative and only believe what he wanted and defend his product. Then had enough nerve to tell me he didn't know me and why should he trust me. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
