Angel Raimondo
Mr. Parker came to my house late in the evening, he took several steps it find the issue. He found that the thermostat was not getting power. He replace it and then found a leak in the unit. Since it was still under warranty he replaced the part and only charged me a service fee, cost of the thermostat and the refrigerant that had leaked out.
Mr. Parker was very willing to answer questions on the phone when my husband came home and I tried to explain, but failed. He was prompt and very patient with all the questions asked.
