Meet Geoff Davis - The Man Pushing Dragline Shovel Pedals in New Directions The Swing Invent Holdings Pedal Assembly is the invention of the company's founder, Geoff Davis. This exciting new technology from the man who pioneered the slimline swing pedal industry, is the culmination of years of industry experience and consultation. Geoff started work on his first slimline swing pedal prototype - a completely new concept for the mining industry - in 2005. Since then he has guided the evolution of swing pedal design through his involvement with a range of players in the dragline and shovel control market. Geoff started his working life as an Electrical Fitter Mechanic. In this early stage he spent twelve years in the Central Queensland coal industry, maintaining Marion & BE draglines.
