I was assured, in person, that if I wasn't satisfied with the window cleaning job that they would make it right -- even if it meant returning to the job. The company's website even claims, "Guaranteed service" and "I don't leave until you're satisfied." Well, I wasn't satisfied; the following day when the sun was shining through the windows, I noticed a number of windows that were quite dirty. Twice I called, and twice I was promised a return visit to make things right, but they never showed up. Now they don't even answer the phone or return messages. This business is NOT dependable, nor do they follow through with the promises they make. Avoid them!
