I ordered flowers for my Fiancé. They delivered the wrong flowers. I called four times during a course of a week about her not getting what I ordered her. Finally I received a email giving me three options. One of my options was they would pick up the flowers and give me a full refund. I chose this option because I was frustrated by the way I was treated by them. Later that day I received another email stating that since it's been a week all they can do for me now is refund my service fee of $17.99. Wow! Was it my fault they got the order wrong, delivered wrong, ignored my first four calls as I'm being told my case has been escalated to top priority and still no phone call and then finally a email but it's my fault because now it's been a week. Unbelievable! I called and left a message with owner and he has never called me back. I used Flowers LLC. because a friend recommended then to me. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I would not ever recommend anyone using this company for ordering flowers. They should be ashamed of themselves and should be put out of business for their poor customer service.

This is the absolute worst fraudulent flower company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order with them on 9/11 for same day delivery. Flowers were never delivered but guess what my credit card was charged. I called customer service and was told they could not find my order in the system. Since there was no order this was just a pending charge that would fall off. I called my credit card company and had the charges disputed. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY⚠️⚠️

I cannot in good conscience recommend this outfit. The service is extremely poor. Response time next to nothing. I submitted an order for a funeral. I noted in the order I am mute and can only communicate by text or email. Doesn't matter to them. Just send the check I did get a call on my phone from them but they left no message. Guess that's a thing of the past. Imagine my complete embarrassment to find they never delivered the flowers. Seems to be the case with other reviewers here. After it was to late they did eventually email me noting they would be more than happy to deliver the flowers to a residence but not a funeral home. Why would anybody want a floor standing funeral arrangement in their residence is beyond me. I promptly told them to cancel the order. I had to get my credit card company to dispute the charge as they didn't even credit my account. Sure as hell took the money quick enough. For honesty, promptness, dependability, ignorance I can't recommend this "business?". They are a shyster outfit interested in separating you from your money at all costs. Don't waste your money with them. They fail where others succeed. They refuse to follow very clear instructions on an order. They had to be contacted twice to refund the stolen money The second time it was by the credit card company. They eventually did give a credit only after they was assured the bill would not be paid. There are a lot of fly by night outfits on the web. This is one to of them. Beware!!!!!

Terrible service! My husband ordered flowers for our fifth anniversary. They never showed up but of course we were charged. Calling customer service is a waste of time - they claim they will call back but never do. Have to dispute charge through credit card company go get money back. The part that makes me the most angry is that flowers are sent for a REASON - to enhance a wonderful occasion or to provide consolation during a difficult time. By failing to follow through with the basic delivery process, Flowers LLC is responsible for sadness, disappointment and anger instead of peace, joy and kindness. Basically they are unkind and unfeeling thrives, stealing money from people. Stay far away - use ProFlowers or 1-800-Flowers instead - they do not disappoint.

This is an awful fraudulent company! Took my money did not deliver flowers. They just constantly give you the run around. I am disputing this charge. They are thieves! I'm so angry! Please do not use them!!!!!
