To say William and James with North Jersey Paving has been the worst and most bizarre experience ever would be an understatement. First, these two Pavers will give you the "big sell" and then they will come in with a horrible job. Their pitch is: "You will be the happiest person in NJ" and offer to pave beyond the competition. In reality, all we got was 1 inch of uneven, lopsided pavement, loose pavement edges, and water pooling throughout. On top of this, they wrote a bad check to a 3rd party who had to come in to repair the gate they broke. BUT the bizarre only just started with this job. We complained about the bad job, and William Mesker and James Gorman said that they would come repave our driveway to a satisfactory condition. So I took a vacation day and they were a "no-show". Then, to make matters worse, they became very aggressive and incredibly rude with my 9 month pregnant wife which we found extremely disconcerting. So we were no longer comfortable with them or anyone from their company coming to our house. So we got lawyers involved and they agreed to pay us a monetary settlement. They then said that "the check was lost by FedEx" giving us excuses for a week. Then they set up a meeting to hand deliver the check to which they were a no show again. It has been the worst contracting experience ever and I would stress unequivocally that you avoid these Pavers at all cost. I only wish there were reviews on these Pavers before we bought into their lies.
