BAD MANAGEMENT THE DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. THEY DONT EVEN PREPARE YOUR APARTMENT FOR MOVE IN. THEY HAVE INADEQUATE AIRCONDITIONERS IN THE WALL. CARPET STAINED TILES BROKEN AND MISSING WALLS WERE STAINED . COCKROACH INFESTED. DOORS DONT LOCK RIGHT. ALL OF THIS WAS PROMISED TO BE FIXED AT MOVE IN. THEY JUST KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. NOT SAFE AT ALL THEY SAY THEY DO BACKGROUNG CHECKS BUT IT SEEMS THEY LET ANYONE RENT HERE.

I've been here for years they never fix anything , after every contract the rent goes up,they lie about everything it infested with roaches,rats black widows, brown racruse, behind the apt is a junk yard its like the city dump! It's nasty. there are kids being abused and left alone on this property, the worse thing is that cps doesn't want to come over here ! they have a very bad management the managers wont last , the maintaince ppl wont last , the owner wont even realise that the companies that they hire are steeling from him and lieing to him. He doesn't care about the ppl that live here ....the city wont do anything at All because were out of the city limits, we are the forgoten...don't rent here: Stay Away : save yourself : its to late for us: P.S> one of the manager{ Nancy ] asked us for a 400.00$ deposit and keeped it and shared it with the workers!
