This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. Eric was rude and the work was horrible, nothing like the website. I spent over $500 and was very disappointed. Eric even yelled and got began cursing because I expressed my displeasure. I would not EVER recommend this company.

The customer service was noteworthy and Mr. Norton was professional, patient and understanding. Those are qualities that you do not find anymore in businesses today. He was even available for us in the evening and on weekend. My grandmother's program was outstanding and the pictures of her were clear and very exquisite. I have and would recommend Beloved Memories to all that want a beautiful program to celebrate the life of their deceased loved ones.
