I do not recommend Pierre's services. He is sneaky and lies. He charged us and told us he would pay contractor and then he did not. He told the contractor we would pay him. We made him a lot and he took our money and never paid the man who did the work. He will not return our calls . It's like he has disappeared. I am so disgusted. Do not use Pierre!!

Pierre Jean-Baptiste Interiors is the worst interior design company I have ever worked with. We purchased a new home in the fall of 2015. I reviewed the contract he provided us, signed the agreement and everything went downhill from the moment he collected the 90% deposit from us. The project(s) in our home totaled just over $30,000.00. So for this amount of money with 90% of it received up front, I expected great customer service and communication. None of which occurred. He became very difficult to get in contact with and would not provide definitive answers on the status of our project. I contracted with him in Dec 2015 and by Jan after I'd given him the deposit, he became scarce. Everytime I inquired about the status, his assistant would respond with a long laundry list of excuses as to why the items weren't ready for delivery or in the warehouse yet. We were over charged for many things that we ordered - and it was our responsibility to spend additional money to find subcontractors to install anything that needed installing or painting. The agreement we signed is illegal because it is vague in that you cannot have a commission price that is a variable of 25%-35%. There also is never a need for a 90% initial deposit. It is always 25%-50% with the balance paid before delivery. Every consumer should beware of this company and others like it. Best to have an attorney well versed in interior design law review any agreement before signing anything with any interior designer.
