We focus on enduring solutions to your problems so you can become an agent of change. We will focus on difficulties that will enable you to move forward in your life in powerful ways. We will also focus on the solutions to those difficulties. Staying stuck, or focused only on the problem will benefit no one. We will help you identify any underlying thinking errors. These are often associated with undesirable feelings, actions, relationship difficulties and behaviors.
