Valerie Ott
Candy Coffey/Best Source Biz Inc. bid on and won an iPhone 4 that I was selling on eBay. I agreed to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, but, fortunately for me, something came up last night and I was unable to ship. This morning, I received a notification that the buyer's ebay account (youriphonespecialist) had been removed from eBay and my paypal account was now negative due to the refund to Candy's account. Now I have to unpack the phone that was ready to ship and relist it on eBay!
EDIT: I have been notified that this company's eBay account was closed erroneously, but my correspondence with Candy after the fact only worsened the situation. Instead of explaining what happened, she threatened to SUE me for libel and slander because I posted negative feedback on this and other sites. She also insulted me personally by saying that she bets I "don't have the funds to back up the legal repercussion." What a miserable woman and poor excuse for a business person!
Ebay Seller
FRAUD ALERT! She bid on my phones, both of them, then Ebay notified me that her account had been closed. I sent her 5 emails and received no response. Her Shipping address--Norman Lane--doesn't exist! SELLERS BEWARE! She wanted me to send the phones but never had intentions of paying!
