I have gave Rose Lovelace and her staff the benefit of the doubt time after time but they are just some unprofessional people that just don't like to pay their staff. They sent a new Aide to my home at 11:26am saying she was to be here at 7am. She drove 90 miles to my home and was told not to call me just show up. They force the current Aide to quit because they thought I was going to let their friend work in my home with no notice at all. They paid my aide and when she place the check in her account the next day the bank place a hold on the check because Rose place a stop payment on the check because she used the funds to go on vacation for Thanksgiving. My Aide did not get her November checks until December 2, 2020. She was forced to quit because who want to work and not get paid? No one. They are very unprofessional. The entire office talks about the client but want the client's work. Since this happened they have lost my business. Gaylor the office manager tell lies on the client and their staff. Be mindful and careful of what you say to her. She will twist it, twofaced. Thank you Rose Lovelace.
