This was the worst experience with ANY Houston based company I've ever experienced. Due to their work I ended up with two chips on my windshield that took nearly 4 months to fix. I've called and emailed David Tabb for multiple months in order to fix this problem but after such a long period of time I had to force the issue. Only after I called the company that contracted Metal Pro Roofing and Waterproofing to let them know what has been going on was I able to reach David Tabb, who was dodging my calls and emails for multiple weeks. I found out that every time David told me he was scheduling an appointment to fix my windshield it was just to get me off the phone. I confirmed with the windshield company that he made no attempt to schedule an appointment since the beginning. Overall this was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this for anyone.
