The cabinets are exactly what we wanted and the new kitchen looks great. NY Woodwork cabinets are higher quality than those we looked at elsewhere and the cost was very reasonable, but the strength of the operation is the level of service they provide. No one else would provide complementary kitchen design or an on-site visit to confirm measurements for example. NY Woodwork helped us change the design to better manage our budget and provided a nice low-cost solution for our basement kitchenette. The level of customer engagement (responsiveness to email and phone inquiries) is exceptional and the staff is friendly and informed.

I found Doron to be direct and businesslike and at the same time patient and understanding of our needs. He was willing to work within a budget and was honest and forthright.
