I had the hardest time finding out why my engine light was on and took my car to Auto Zone and then to the mechanic that they recommended. Well Auto Zone gave me the codes and then I gave the codes to the mechanic that the recommended. After a whole day with these guys, they told me that they could not find out why the engine light was on and then charged my 100$ for the diagnosis. They proceeded to tell me that they need to run an extensive diagnostic that would charge $245. I took my car to Charlie's and he found out what was wrong after a couple hours and didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee. Just to add they kept my engine cover and then when I went back to retrieve it they gave it back without the bolts and said they didn't know where they went. Thank God for Charlie's Automotive! These other guys were suppose to be professional and well known and recommended WOW!!! Thanks to Charlie!!!
