I would not recommend Troy for any project. He was unprofessional had repeated delays for personal issues, refuse to listen to our concerns and follow request. Left the job sitting for over a month and a muddy mess. In the end when we asked him to just remove his machinery he blamed us for his failure to show up and do a job he was paid for. He will not communicated with contractors and our electrical contractor didn't finish a needed part of his job for our feature because of troy's behavior. In the end we contracted him for a feature to hide a retaining wall that our children could play in and would keep them from climbing up the wall (July 2018) in the end we received a mud pit of a back yard, our fence damaged and non functioning, a job not completed and a water feature than now gives our toddlers access to the wall we were trying to hide (October 2018) legionnaires anyone the electrical component was coordinating a uv light filter he selected. Please save your money and time by going with a different waterscape artist. He was clear the project would take 30 days and 90 days in and repeated request for him to remove his machinery after 30 days of not working on our project you get this review and my potential client beware!
