At My Hot Yoga, classes are designed for anyone at any level regardless of age, body type, or ability. Heat warms the muscles therefore making you more flexible. It helps prevent injuries, increases circulation to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal, and cleanses the body by flushing toxins. Our studio was designed to create a welcoming vibrant atmosphere that sets the tone for your practice. Our Hot Yoga room was specifically designed by a team of engineers to ensure optimum heat at minimum discomfort. The precise heat combined with the right humidity is key for a successful hot yoga room. Our
