Michelle, Ari, and Jenny are likely the only reason parents enjoy this daycare. I'm moving my 2 year old and 4 year old out of this daycare for a variety of reasons: lack of management supervision, poor communication from management and tadpole reports, failure to report incidents. I received an email from the owners: Mandy and Hollie that incidents that are developmentally appropriate are not reported to parents. I.e. if your child is slapped, hit, punched, pushed, etc. by another child and there is no physical injury, you will not be informed by the daycare management or teacher via incident report or verbal communication. My son has come home numerous times and reported that he's been slapped in the face or pushed by another child and we've not been notified except through him. When I asked the owners: Mandy and Hollie about this they stated they don't communicate these incidents unless there was physical injury they're not concerned about emotional or mental injury. They've sent my 2 year old home stating he has hives, I took him in and he had an amoxicillin reaction so they diagnosed my child and created panic and worry in a mother and father. They don't care about our concerns as a family for our vulnerable children, we're fortunate to have a 4 year old who advocated for himself and informed us of the issues. Since moving to their new location, the children do not and have not gone outside given the beautiful Christmas we've had so far. They stay inside and in the gym. If you have other options for daycare for your children, I HIGHLY, advise that you chose those. I've reported this facility to their licensing board for other issues as well.

my son was bitten (3 times in the face) at 8 months old when he was bumped to the 1 year old room (without my permission) because they were overbooked in the infant room.
He had 3 incident reports in 1 day at 9 months because they weren't watching and someone opened the baby gate on him.
