Renovated my pool and 2 years later it’s falling apart. They put tiles over existing tiles as opposed to property removing existing tiles first. Now tiles are falling off. The finish is literally pulling away from Pool shell from not property preparing a bond coat. When I attempted to resolve under warranty I was essentially told “tough luck” and the refused to make repairs. Have to pay for complete renovation again from a reputable company. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY for Pool and Deck Concepts.
