We had a new system installed 3 months prior but when it came time for heat the system wasn't working. Unfortunately the initial installer moved out of State so weCalled KnD who came out and said loose wire; system quit then they came back and said bad thermostat, then came back again and said system had no freon. System stopped working again KnD said repeat call so no charge. We were stood up 4 times and finally got a text message saying "company is closing". Very very upset with this company. Came out 3 times back to back and cost us almost $1000.00. We called and tried to give KnD the opportunity to come back out but no answer so I had to pay someone else to fix it and they pointed out multiple things KnD did wrong from cutting harness, to improper wiring of thermostat to bad repair of the "leak" which came back immediately. KnD is the worst HVAC company I have ever dealt with and his knowledge is limited to quick repairs not Diagnostics. Our system had a bad circuit board that the actual company who repaired it said was caused by KnD. This is not my profession so I can only relate what they told me and since KnD stood us up 4 times, cost me additional money and refused to stand behind their work I can only assume they were the cause of our delayed repair and almost $2000.00 final repair. We are already seeking legal actions against his company. We DO NOT recommend this company.
