I would like to say that we have used this plumbing company for the past few years for various projects and have been very pleased with the service we've received from them.
For example: Here recently our grinder pump failed (they originally installed it a couple of years back) and surprisingly the owner warrantied the failed pump without hesitation. I say (surprisingly) because the pump was technically out of the manufacturer's warranty / no warranty and they took care of us anyway when technically they could have said no - buy a new pump. That was very impressive from my point of view!

Just wanted to say thanks for coming out on the weekend and repairing our grinder pump issue. Thanks for being honest and unclogging it instead of trying to sell us a new pump. We had 3 other companies out before you to give us estimates to find out what the problem was -- ALL of the other companies told that our grinder pump was burned up or dead and had to be replaced with a new $3000.00 +- unit. Amazingly, your guys pulled the pump and fixed it for less than $300.00. So once again thanks for the weekend service and being honest.
