Provide on-site individual and group Mat Pilates sessions in the privacy of your own home, business, church or other facility. Mat Pilates exercises are a low-impact workout for people of all ages, and allows the participant to begin and progress at their own pace and individual fitness level. You will learn the fundamentals such as proper breathing, concentration and coordination. Modifications are provided for the beginner, while variations can be incorporated for the more advanced to make your workout more challenging. You will soon notice the fantastic effects Pilates exercises can have on your body and general wellbeing. I am located in Winston-Salem, NC and work with clients in Forsyth County (Winston-Salem, Clemmons, Lewisville and Kernersville).
