Our founder has traveled the world for years and wherever he visited he would always notice a popular dish cooked on a vertical grill and served on tasty Pita bread. He could always count on this dish for taste and consistency, which is very important when dining in places located in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Scotland, Germany, London, Amsterdam and a host of other places throughout the world.
