I have an intuitive style which focuses on movement, joint space, range of motion, and increased circulation, as well as integration of the emotional and physical structures within the body. I believe that the body holds the blueprint for vibrant health and energy. Therefore, given a safe & nurturing environment, the body will use those tools to create and re-create optimal health.
