Bring your dogs here if: you want them to be neglected, you want CHILDREN to be the ones caring for your dogs, if you want them to be strangled in the cage because they put all the dogs in the cages LEASHES STILL ON, you want to deal with a rude unprofessional lady
Here is why I say these things. I have been boarding my two dogs here for over 8 months, on average two weekends a month. The first time I picked my dogs up, they smelled horrible, had fleas (which they didn't have before), and my lab had chewed up her leash, so they replaced it. Ok, no worries, they probably just hung the leash too close to her cage. The next time, same thing, Hmm, kinda odd, but they replaced the leash again so no worries. This afternoon it happened a third time, and they replaced the leash with a jump rope, so I inquired further. The husband told me that it was usually the children that let the dogs out, and that they had a habit of leaving the leashes on the dogs. I pay to have my dogs taken care of by professionals, not children. That's horrible business practice.
I took $15 off of what I payed them, because I have to buy a new leash. The husband said that it was ok, and looked forward to my returned business, so I let the issue drop. Not15 minutes later, I was in a pet store buying a new leash, Ada called me, yelling, that I had no right to reduce the amount paid because the leash that got chewed up was her leash. No, It was the leash you GAVE me to replace my leash. My advice, dont go here
