THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. THEY NEED TO BE ARRESTED. THEY WILL THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE AND INTIMIDATE YOU IF YOU DON'T "PAY UP" FOR BOGUS CHARGES.

I had bad experience with this company. I parked my car in the Fresh Meadows shopping mall in Queens, NY. Was around 30 feet from my car when my car was picked up by tow truck. They saw me. When I ran back they start to push me to pay cash otherwise they will take my car and tomorrow I'll pay much more ($200). All my explanations that I feel bad and went to the shade were rejected by them. They asked for the $70 for 5-10 seconds that I parked my car at parking place of Shopping Mall. They pushing me to pay by opening my car without key. They pushed me pay $50. They didn't give any receipt. I think it's really not fair. Their NY State Plate # 12606 TT. Nasty people. Be away from them. Really bad experience, my day was ruined. We called to the base of tow truck company and have even more nastier conversation with the front desk lady. If you had the same experience with this company write me at my email address: [email protected] and if a lot of cases like this we can create sue case and meet them in the court.

These predators wait in the shadows to pounce on unsuspecting motorists, I will be reporting them to the dept. of consumer affairs and at the same time organizing an effort to follow there trucks and spotters and warn off every one that they intend to pounce on. I was a customer of one of the stores and they decided to hook my car because I created my own spot in a undesignated area with my smart car. If anyone wants to join me in this effort to put them out of business cantact me at [email protected] they tried to tell me it was a handicap spot when it was close but not in the spot, after telling them I have stage for kidney cancer and can prove it they didn't care it was just the money they wanted, And they charged me 125 dollars to drop the car ,witch is the part to be reported to the dept of consumer affairs The drop charges allowable by law are 68.30 plaus tax, they refused to give a receipt also. Bad people. it will cost them thousands.

Thank you for speaking up, Thomas and Boris. My car was lifted when my fiancee is still inside of the car!!! I am joining your cases. I've also filed a complaint to bbb. One of two "men" said with a creepy smile : "Even there is a baby in the car, we will tow it anyway."

I don't know how these guys keep there jobs! They laughed in my boyfriends face when he was just asking to see the price sheet to keep the car from being towed. They robbed us of almost $200 and then drove off when I asked for a receipt so I could report them ! I see them all the time by my job and they tow people quickly and sneakily and don't care about keeping the cars in the condition they found it!

These guys should be banned from ever being able to do business they hung up on me when I called because my car was towed and the driver drove away from me while I was talking to him after he told me $275 dollars isn't a lot of money to get my car back .. They tell you that u can't go pick up ur car because the place closes but the sign states 24 hour retrieving I have filed with the DCA and going to file with the BBB a d wherever else I can I will !! They should be shut down immediately
