We at Wolfleg Counseling help clients move away from ambivalence and toward decision making. Our Therapists utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques to help clients clarify their opposing thoughts and therefor are better be able to make decisions. Wolfleg Counseling also employs Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy to teach clients how to use various techniques to deal with depression, anxiety, and stress.
