I would recommend Jay and Novus Glass to anyone in the area. From the first moment I spoke with him he was very helpful and polite. From helping to contact my insurance agency to following up with me on time when he said he would. Everything turned out great. The windshield replacement looks great and was done at the professional level I was looking for. Jay was very flexible with his schedule and even offered to replace my windshield at work. He worked very hard and now has a customer for life.

I just had the pleasant experience of meeting Jay Kwiecien of Novus Glass. I called him yesterday after work inquiring about a chip in my windshield. Within 24 hours, Jay was at my home and the chip has been completely removed and it was taken care of in my own garage! Per Jay's recommendation I contacted my Insurance company who worked with Jay and covered the cost of the repair. I will recommend Jay to family, friends, and co-workers. He provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long long time!

Just had Jay from Novus come out to replace my windshield on my 2011 Ford Taurus. All I can say is that the job was done very professional. No rushing and no damage. Was very meticulous about removing the old windshield and installing the new one. I'm a firm believer that if you receive good service spread the word about the service. I'm not afraid to tell people to avoid certain companies either if the service is horrible. Trust me. Go With Novus and you won't be disappointed. Worst window installer I have ever used. Windshield leaks in 3 different areas. The window trim is not flush with body, looks like a wave. In some areas the trim is 1"-2" from the body. Worst window installer I have ever used. Windshield leaks in 3 different areas. The window trim is not flush with body, looks like a wave. In some areas the trim is 1"-2" from the body. I pointed this out and he said it was too rigid and would not sit flush. I said well as long as it does not leak, he replied it was fine and would not leak. First rainfall the window leaked in three spots. Jay said that he would have to re-install the window out of his pocket. He gave me the run around for several months. He would text me and say, sorry Brian this week is not good for me maybe next week. Wen it was time to re-install he said he wanted $100 for labor and another $60 in supplies and tried to claim it was not his fault it was leaking. Never leaked before he installed. I asked other installers and all of them said it was just a bad install/seal. Beware of this guy. With an easy crack repair you might be ok, but with a window install I would NOT recommend Jay Kwiecien at all.
