Preferred Events is not a typical retail bakery shop. We only make cakes that have been pre-ordered by our customers. We have made buttercream style cakes for many years. We have since added fondant accents to our buttercream cakes and we also cover cakes in fondant for that absolutely beautiful smooth cake covering you can only achieve in rolled fondant.
