Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent service delivered. Alexander was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. I had my estimate within 20 minutes after contacting them. I stopped by, Alexander was very helpful at elaborating upon the details and the procedures to make me comfortable with my purchase, which I like. Alex (the owner) made sure that the product (my purchase) was treated with respect towards the quality and made sure that it was installed properly and on time. I am very happy with Granite & Marble Direct, they were very respectful towards me as a customer and my home. I will be contacting them in the future. I wish for everyone in a market for counter tops to have such a pleasant experience, as I did, therefore, I would highly recommend Alex (the owner) and Alexander, staff/crew of Granite & Marble Direct. They know their trade extensively.
