Atrocious, nasty, incompetent. Incompetent to carry our very basic legal proceedings for custody and child support. I feel sorry for anyone paying a retainer after hearing her lies. She does not follow through and will attack the client even with gentle nudges to complete the services. The retainer will be gone....even paying for her delaying court proceedings and her very rare nasty message camouflaged as an apology for delays. She and her office don't even have the decency to notify the client when a court hearing is delayed. Don't hold your breath for Dianne to reschedule a court date either.

So, the Ellis firm believes every client that calls the firm out has, Mental Issues. What professional attorney speaks to a client in that manner when they did nothing for the client. The lawyer at this firm has a few bar complaints and the response to some of them are nothing short of unprofessional. I asked for a refund for work not done and was threaten with a harassment claim. They would file a police report if I kept reaching out to the firm to receive a refund for services not rendered. The customer is never right and that anyone who push back on this firm would somehow label as having mental issues. With response from an unprofessional attorney as this firm claim to be. What attorney response in this unprofessional manner to a former client who the firm did nothing for the individuals. I realized the attorney for the firm was not going to be a good representation for my case. I believe I would have gotten screwed big time If I had stayed with this firm. I evident from the responses from the unprofessional lawyer and their high school responses as if they had just broken up with a boyfriend and now scorned. So, as I continue to find out pertinent information regarding this firm, hire at your own risk. Do a thorough check on the attorney who would represent you from this firm. The attorney also will not be truthful in responses to the bar association. I cannot understand why this attorney believes clients wouldn't have receipts to debunk the attorney lies. So, the client would and should submit those receipts to the bar association to contradict the incorrect information submitted by the attorney, an officer of the courts.
